      What Have I Learned?

As A Club Officer, District Leader, Officer and Region Advisor:

      • Not all volunteers have the same passion.
      • Don't wait too long to make an important decision.
      • Some expect you to know all the answers.
      • Select and align an individual's strengths to the task.
      • Conflict is inevitable; help those with empathy, individually.  Resolve early.
      • Fully prepare for every audience.
      • Hard work eventually pays off.
      • Embrace change; process improvement.
      • Have a Plan and adjust as needed.
      • Be in-the-moment and with purpose..
      • Always see the best in others.
      • Want more for others than I want for myself.
      • I understand myself better today than I did yesterday.
